Specialist required to head up the property division of a leading
boutique Financial Planning firm.

Ark Financial is an innovative financial services
group offering specialist property and financial advice, financial
solutions, insurance, retirement advice and superannuation strategies
to high net worth individuals.
Having long been regarded as one of the pioneers of direct property
in the financial services sector, Ark Financial has recently established
its own Property division, known as Pulse Property.
Ark is looking for a Real Estate Specialist to head up this licensed
Real Estate Agency. This exciting opportunity calls for a person with
experience in high end residential real estate sales ($1 - $3 million)
who has a passion for property as a means of helping others to achieve
their wealth creation objectives.
The job role will include three key areas:
1. Property Acquisition
The sourcing, research, assessment and acquisition of quality new
property opportunities (off the plan) for recommendation to our client
base
2. Property Sales
The sale of properties belonging to our existing client base
3. Business Development and Management
The development of systems and procedures, sales and marketing planning,
reporting to the CEO, briefing Financial Planners, developing centres
of influence and other management and administration roles.
