Maricel’s extensive experience in the home loan industry both at large institutions and boutique mortgage practices has enabled her to confidently oversee and co-ordinate the administrative aspect of Liquidity Finance with great efficiency. Having gained a high level of knowledge and understanding in a wide range of home loan enquiries, Maricel is undoubtedly a pillar of support not only to the Liquidity team but to their clients as well.

Meet Yza Canja. She’s one of a new breed of Mortgage Brokers whose love of people spurred her to pursue a career in Mortgage Broking. “I grew up very idealistic and have always wanted to help others but I realised that in order to do this, I had to secure myself financially”. This realisation led Yza to make her first investment in property at the age of 22 and by the age of 25 she had acquired numerous properties. “My determination and the need to create aninvestment future for myself and my family helped me realise the deep desire that people want to feel secure in their futures. This allowed me to relate to my client’s experiences and goals”.

Having completed an undergraduate bachelor’s degree as well as a masters degree by the age of 21, Yza has had 7 years of experience within the industry and has acquired a wealth of experience on both sides of mortgage lending, equipping her with a comprehensive knowledge of residential and commercial lending.
