Michael has been a mortgage broker with Liquidity Finance since January 2009. He became a mortgage broker in 2005 after 5 years working with ANZ in various roles. 

Michael’s strong commitment to his clients is demonstrated by his large amount of repeat and referral business, which makes up 90% of all loans he has written. 

In 2011 he was awarded top 40 AFG broker. His personal, committed service and fresh, professional approach are well respected in the broker community with lenders, aggregators and clients. Michael always strives to get the best result for his clients no matter what they need.

He has a strong commitment to being fit and completed his first marathon in 2011. Michael is now training for the Great Wall marathon in China in 2012.

Danny is a full member of the MFAA and has been broking in the finance industry since September 2001. 

Whether you are buying your first home or are a seasoned investor, Danny works with your accountant or financial planner to tailor a finance structure so you can maximise the tax benefits of the loan.

As well as residential finance, Danny is experienced in providing business and commercial finance. His vast array of contacts in the finance industry can assist with funding solutions for conventional and not-so conventional deals. Danny works closely with his clients to ensure every chance of success.

Danny enjoys playing sport, in particular touch football, and is married with a young son, Leeton.

As the settlements manger, Victoria’s responsibility is to ensure the lender assesses the application efficiently so the settlement date is met. 

Victoria works closely with the broker support office in gathering the correct information from the client to submit to the lender so the assessment process works smoothly. Victoria also liaises with the client's solicitor and assists with the clients first home owner grant applications.

Victoria has worked as a settlements manager for about 5 years, with the past 3 for Liquidity Finance.

Mike liaises with clients to gather documents needed to support loan applications. Mike is the first point of contact for Liquidity's clients and he helps them with general inquiries throughout the entire loan application process.

Mike is currently studying his Certificate IV in mortgage broking and is working closely with Michael and Danny to develop the skills necessary to become a mortgage broker himself.

Mike plays soccer and AFL and has a keen interest in health and fitness.

Ivan is the Director of Liquidity Finance, Ark Total Wealth  and Business Strategies International (BSI). Ivan is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and has helped more than 100 companies access finance and engage in commercial arrangements. 

Throughout Ivan's career, he has helped start-ups, corporations and emerging companies achieve their growth potential. This passion has flowed through to individuals and Ivan is intent on using his vast knowledge and experience to help individuals grow their own wealth and achieve financial freedom.
